30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
The 30-day period begins on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs vary based on the reason for return:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Exchanges: Return shipping costs apply, but we'll cover shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refunds

If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

- If we don't receive the original item, you will be charged for both items
Damaged or Defective Items
